What do I do if my timesheet is rejected?

You can reset your password by clicking on RESET PASSWORD at the login screen, you will need your Username to hand.

I don’t see VAT on my timesheet, how do I know it will be added?

VAT is auto-added after approval if you have supplied your VAT certificate; if it is not added please contact your Rethink Account Team at bootscontingentworkforce@rethinktalent.io

I’m recently VAT registered can I get VAT back paid?

Yes, please provide your VAT cert and the Rethink team will get this paid in line with HMRC’s schedule
